TO ALL CLIENTS OR PARTNERS,

From now on (Effective from 11 May, 2016), ASEA LOGISTICS CO., LTD. will require consignee’s full details as a compulsory document for Customs clearance & delivery purpose for All AUSTRALIAN DDU,DDP shipments.

Consignee details include:

Shipment to be lodged under an Australia company name

- A company name with Australian Business Number (ABN)

- A commercial address (with NO PO BOX address)

- A valid telephone number with area code    

- A person in charge

- A valid email address

Shipment to be lodged under a personal name

- A consignee’s full personal name

- A valid Australian residential address (with NO PO BOX address)

- A clear copy of photo identification, such as Australian 

driver’s license

or a passport front page (plus visa page only consignee is a temporary resident)

- A valid telephone number with an area code, or a valid mobile phone number

- A person in charge

- A valid email address

We don’t accept unknown objects or forbidden cargoes.

We will have the right to open the package to check and ensure the safety of the shipment.

Customers or partners will be responsible for consignee’s details to be true 

and valid.
